Adding Lost Reasons

To add a new Lost Reason, navigate to Settings > Field Options > Lost Reasons

Then click the Green button

Name your Lost Reason and select the desired settings:

Lost Reason Categories

We have multiple categories for Lost Reasons to help us generate more accurate reporting.

  • General
    • Appears under any stage when clicking “Lost”. Used for General needs
  • Cancelled Interview
    • Appears under “No Interview” button
  • Closed Interview
    • Appears on “Interview Fail” button
  • Bad Data
    • Removed from reporting
  • Never Responded
    • Used to calculate contact rates
  • No Show
    • Appears under “No Interview”
  • Not Qualified
    • Added to Not Qualified rate
  • Orientation
    • Appears under “Cancel Orientation”
  • Consultation Held – No Close
    • Appears under “Consultation Held – No Close”
  • Consultation Cancelled
    • Appears under “Consultation Cancelled”

 

Lost Reason Types

 

We have 3 Types of Lost Reasons:

  • Prospecting
    • Used in the prospecting Pipeline and insight reports
  • Recruitment
    • Used in the Recruitment Pipeline and insight reports
  • ReferralĀ 
    • Used in the Referral Pipeline and insight reports

Used for Blocked Applicant Submissions?

 

You may also force a certain Lost Reason to automatically block future submissions from the applicant.

Example – “Serial Applicant”
