Wyred Insights – Recruiter Daily Workflow Guide
How to Use the System on a Day-to-Day Basis
This step-by-step guide walks you through exactly what to check and manage each day inside Wyred Insights to keep your recruiting pipeline clean, organized, and moving forward.
1. Start on the dashboard and review overall pipeline health 0:08
- After logging in, begin on the dashboard.
- Check the monthly applicant count and the status of leads across each stage.
- Open the pipeline to quickly see where candidates are in the process.
- Focus mainly on the qualified individuals and turn off stages you are not actively working on.
2. Check for rotting leads or deals and update them 0:32
- Look for any leads or deals that are rotting; these will appear pink or red.
- If you take an action on a lead, such as adding a note or moving it to another stage, the rotting status should clear.
- Example: moving a lead into In-Contact updates the status and removes the rotting indicator.
- Use this step to identify leads that need immediate attention.
3. Review and complete tasks 1:02
- Next, check the Tasks area for anything that needs review or completion.
- Tasks can also be found inside each submission profile under the Tasks tab.
- When you finish a task, add a new one if the candidate still needs follow-up.
- Common follow-up tasks include:
- checking status
- scheduling an interview
- sending another reminder
4. Handle interviews as a top priority 1:33
- The Interviews tab is one of the most important daily areas to monitor.
- You can view interviews from:
- the submission profile
- the pipeline stages
- the dedicated Interviews tab for easier bulk review
- In the interviews list, take action by marking candidates as:
- Successful if they should move to the next stage
- Failed if they were not a fit
- No-show / canceled if the interview did not happen
- Successful interviews are removed from the interview list and moved to Interview Held in the pipeline.
5. Follow up with candidates who have not scheduled or replied 2:50
- If a candidate has not scheduled an interview or has not replied, send a follow-up message.
- Go to the Messages tab and use a saved reply/template.
- Templates can include dynamic fields, such as the candidate’s first name, so the message personalizes automatically.
- Send reminders for things like:
- interview scheduling
- next-step reminders
- status updates
6. Monitor your inbox and respond to new messages 3:37
- Check the notification bell in the top-right corner for unread messages.
- You can also open the SMS inbox from the left-hand menu.
- Review recent outgoing messages and any replies that came in.
- From the inbox, you can:
- mark messages unread if needed
- open submission details to jump to the candidate profile
- respond quickly to keep candidates moving forward
7. Disposition leads that are no longer moving forward 4:38
- If a candidate does not respond or is no longer interested, mark the lead as lost with the appropriate reason.
- Example: if Nikki never replies, disposition the submission as never responded.
- This automatically removes the candidate from the qualified stage and cleans up the pipeline.
- The goal is to keep the pipeline as empty and accurate as possible by closing out inactive leads.
8. End by reviewing recruiting insights and trends 5:28
- After completing dashboard checks, tasks, interviews, messages, and dispositions, review the Recruiting Insight dashboard.
- Use it to see how recruiting is trending over time.
- Based on the data, decide whether to:
- increase media spend
- close ads
- adjust your recruiting strategy
- This helps guide the next action in your recruiting process.
