Filter Contacts by Tag

 

Access the Contacts Section

  • Log in to your Wyred Insights account.
  • On the navigation bar, click on Contacts to view the drop-down menu.
  • From the menu, select the contact type you wish to manage (e.g., Recruiting, Prospecting, Referral, etc.).

Use the Filter Section

  • At the top of the selected contact type page, find the filter section. This is typically labeled with the contact type followed by “Filter”.

Filter by Tags

  • Locate the field labeled Tags within the filter section.
  • Click on the field and begin typing the tag’s name.
  • Select the correct tag from the suggestions that appear.
  • If needed, repeat to add multiple tags.

Filter by Qualification Status (if applicable)

  • If your contact type has a qualification status filter, it will be represented by a toggle or checkbox labeled Qualified Only or similar.
  • Activate this filter by switching the toggle to the ‘on’ position or checking the box.

Apply the Filters

  • Click the Search button to refresh the list based on your selected filters.
  • The contacts list will reload to show only those entries that match your filter criteria.

Review the Filtered Contacts

  • Inspect the filtered list in the Contacts List section. It will display relevant contact details as per your filter settings.

Additional Options:

  • To modify or inspect a contact, look for an Action or Edit button next to the contact’s entry.
  • To clear filters and view all contacts again, press the Reset button.

Export the List

  • If you wish to export your list for external use, click the export button (often labeled as Excel or Export).
